it is b rheumatoid arthritis type 3 hypersensitivity where as rheumatic fever is type 2 hyper sesitivity

C. Essential mixed cryoglobulinemia

bbb.
palpable rash due to small vessle vasculitis caused by immun complex ie Igm against fc of IgG
hematuria due to activation of complement and subsequent attraction of neutrophil to damage gbm. complement low, bc it is used up.

+ve rhematoid factor is deposited in liver and spleen.

NO +ve rhematoid factor in Lupus and Hs pupura (think I m right)

Is it "C".
Cryoglobulinemia has a +ve RF and low complement (although the Sx ment. are suggestive of Lupus and Cryo).

c. essential mixed cryoglobulinemia- presence of hypocomplementenemia. The vasculits here is a consequence of IgG-IgM aggregation deposits in the vessels wall.. glomerular and skin lesions.

I'll with C.
Mix cryglobulenemia is associated with Hepatitis C infection. The latter can cause hepatosplenomegaly at some time in infection. Hepatitis C itself is associated with MPGN.
