i know we have to make sure patient doest have tb before start infliximab,(3)
but this q is little bit confusing ,i will go for 1

remember reading in kaplan that most com se is arthralgia and most serious is reactivation of latent tb and potential se include formation of ab esp with infliximab but that can be prevented if we giv methotrexate along with it..hence i went for arthralgia...

@anu:may b ur right.patient produce antibodies to the drug.so MTX should used with it to prevent that.am i right?
