I am sorry nobody have answered you: That is type III hypersensitivity.
Usually happens with Quinidin: quiniding acts as hapton IgM attaches to it, forms Immune complex activating classic pathway c1-c9.
It causes intravascular hemolysis, decreases haptogl. resulting in Hb-uria.
