Actually, how long it takes until I have the I-797 form in my hands after USCIS approves the petition in 15days ? I've read that it could take 2-3 weeks (this is true even though I applied with Premium Processing?) thanks

my lawyer has the receipt. I am waiting for i-797 to be sent to my hospital, and then back to me to be able to go to the consulate. but i'm still waiting...and is so stressful....probably you know guys....

Got my Approval notice today

my lawyer mailed me saying that she would send the packet by overnight mail,
But she sent a soft copy for now.

when can u apply for an SSN after u get the hard copy of the approval notice?
