hi lady ....
my answer is BBB...why ? in the question it says "impaired activity of the following"...in tumorgenesis there are two pathways
1-Impaired activity of the tumor supressor genes(loss of function)'
2-Enhanced activity of oncogenes(gain of function)
and from the choices given ....only P53 is tumor supressor gene...the others are oncogens (if u decrease the activity of tyrosine kinase u prevent tumor....)
