thanks entanercept.............i got boost up after reading ur reply.......i have been doing some or other jobs. and for last two years i am doing pg in internal medicine (dnb)..........i have been to england just after mbbs cleared plab but did not get job in time so had to come back in 2006. then did job in ophthal, radiotherapy and medicine. and now doing pg in general medicine 2nd year..........now tell me what cud be the prospects for me in usa.......

Vikas - that being said it is definitely getting tougher and tougher to get into residency here . Get US clinical exp , score above 95 in step 2 n COnTacts

All depends on how badly you want it . How much patience u have. No one can say anythin about chances.
