I strongly believe that "is a solution for every problem ",
Since you strongly believe that this is a discrimination case against you and others , your solution is to file a complaint .Seems like you are a brave person and with your complaint you will resolve NOT only your issue ,,but you can help your fellow collegues for the next generations to come.

this man is a lier cause he is claiming that he has cleared his step3 if he has allread cleared it then he must have cleared his CS also coz u cant appear for step 3 before clearing CS and let me clear thet he is not the first one to pass in pt notes and failed in ICS or SEP having practiced medicine in his country is not a gaurentee of clearing CS i have seen lot of cases old graduates failing in CS this exam is not about diagnosis or clinical knowledge.he is racist him self.

i have passed step 3 after i passed the old CSA stop call me a lier or a racist keep this forum clean with respect please i dont need anybody to insult me with no reason my problem is in the ECFMG unjust exam not with you doctors

OK, now, my question to you is what would you do differently next time in your opinion and I would like to hear from you with your sentences how you will comunicate with the patient,
Lets start from the beggining,
My c.c. is " 29 yearl old female complaining of fatigue and sleep disturbances ",

hey kamelija: it wont be any more times: i am questioning the whole system of this exam do you think i can trust them one more time? no i wont do it, i will not risk my money and effort in some sort of cheap show, i wont risk my neck anymore by this biased and unjust system of examination, if i ll fail once by those patients i will fail many times reagrdless of my performance, thanks and i wont let them torture me one more time, if they have clear thinking: the ECFMG about the validity and objectiveness of this exam they should cancell this exam but simply they can't cause they make a forune behind this silly tragedy and we are all parts in this crime

You seems to be very angry , but think about it, all of this time spend on medical school and exams, all of that sacrifice, I learn that "living well is best revenge ", so "my failure or their failure " can be a stimulus to do better ad you can do it keep faith in God and remember everything is for a reason.
Imagine if you as a doctor get discourage , how you think you can help the patients or your family. You made a choce to be a doctor and you can do it for your self, your family, your patients. Just move on and be bigger than "your issues or their issues ",
I strongly believe that "what other's are done , you can do it , too ",
I hope this help and I still believe in you, remember you can't change he system, but you can change your self. Focus on you and master your performance,
Chanalize yoor energy, excersize, talk a deep breath, walk, and watch the movies "obsession " and "The doctor " (especially that one ),
So get started with your obsession, "Nail the CSA " ,

I'M NOT SAYING THAT I AGREE WITH HIS CONCLUSION BUT I'D SAY THAT DURING MY CS IN LA I NOTICED THE FMGS WHERE ALL LINED YOU TOGETHER.....MAYBE JUST A COINCINDENCE.
