Hello Sakshi, I did read this info a while ago, but unfortunately i do not remember where did i read...

In kaplan the rash and arthralgias are due to immune complexes...that is 100% correct info.
let me try to explain. beside immature RBCs, b19 also affects endothelial cells of small blood vessels... secondary IgM and IgG are attached to these vessels. This will turn on monocytes and neutrophils, which will destroy the endothelial cells of small vessels.

thank you uragan i did do some more reading on the following website there it was written that the pathophysiology of arthralgias and rash in 5ths dis is due to immune complexes.
