what I hate most about buffalo is winter.... it is horrible.... other than that, standard of living is cheaper as compared to other part of NY... good program with future fellowship options and familiar environment to work in( as you told many FMGs from india and pakistan))... what else you need??? go and grab it.....

go and get it. Frankly Your score is average so if u become chosy like other with good score, u'l most probably get unmatched. It's my honest thought. good luck
