I took step1 in 2004 which I failed.Passed in 2006.Got ECFMG certification in 2009.Didn't take step 3 yet.Is my step 1 expired?What is fsnb?according to ECFMG once u r ecfmg certified it'll never expired.Please shade some light.I am very tensed.

Listen dude....Someone in such a dire situation as yours should read everything on FSMB site.
If you apply for Connecticut state license you will have to clear in 7 years whereas if you apply for some other state license like Delaware for example, there is no such restriction. Your ECFMG score is valid indefinitely.
