HCM will produce systolic ejection murmur b/c of outflow tract obstruction, but will not lead to aortic stenosis

HOCMP, cause harsh systolic murmur radiate to the left lower sternum, obstruction below the aorta

thanks again, but in uworld notes i have,
it states, clinically significant aortic stenosis may develop in pts with bicuspid aortic valves beginning in the sixth decade, whereas senile calcific stenosis of normal aortic valves generally become symptomatic in the eighth decade.
