@psych25 unless you miss the diagnosis the time given is way more than enough to punch in all what they expect you to punch and the case ends before the given time yet I scrude up about 3 cases and i was severely short of time in those cases not to mention the anxiety when the software sarcastically thank you for taking care of the patient :-)
@usmlestat It depends on who you are seriously i cannot advise in favor or against on that but if you have a strong clinical experience and you are doing residency may be yes.

Hi
I will start reading for CCS today, my test in one month, Do you think Archer CCS ($88) is really important to go to exam. Or UW CCS is more than enough.

@step12005usa its not really important but necessary i should say. what you learn from archer is some general cool tricks on how to work on the CCS software rather than specific cases. If you are comfy with the CCS software that you know how to run it up and down then you can skip that.

@validation yes yes big time CCS is all about practice practice and practice unless you practice on those 52 UW CCS interactive cases a few times you cant master it simply by reading or punching those cases on premium software which i found somewhat awkward. I understand the UW CCS software is not perfect for some surgery cases but hey still we have no other choice.
