I agree with increasing stamina. but there are days when I am sick of questions and don't give it my 100%...so I take a break on some days. Because I don't want to get to that point where I don't care during the exam. that would be a disaster.
It is good that you are trying them out now. Stick to used methods.
I have been sticking to two cups of caffeine a day...for the past 2 months. One in the morning when I wake up and one around 4pm! I figured that will minimize my time in the bathroom and simulate my exam day.
I find red bull also works well...I usually take sips throughout the exam, instead of the whole thing at once. You can leave it in your locker I think.
Get lots of sleep. Nothing beats a well rested mind.
