LOLOLOL THANKYOU !!! this is NOT LICHEN PLANUS , I have no idea where anyone gets this from. I think people decided to ignore all the words other than violaceous . This person has thick skin on their arm and trunk = scleroderma ( symptoms are not localized to hands and face so its NOT CREST , it is diffuse scleroderma)


I see why C is correct more fibrosis of connective tissue will limit the movement of his elbow AND THEY SPECIFICALLY SAY the thick skin is from upper arm to hand: makes sense BEST ANSWER IS C

(but B pulmonary fibrosis is close to being correct)

MOST LIKELY to develop 1) c elbow contracture
2nd choice if not there 2) b pulmonary fibrosis
