Don't you think since CT is normal, heparin can be safely given? And how do you know if this ischemic stroke?

I guess Heparin is correct--unsubstantiated but correct since even Harrison's says that inspite of any trials proving efficacy Heparin is used by physicians in progreesive stroke after hge is ruled out--thanks for the questions.
