according what i understood from rainbow28 explanation is---botulinum toxin effects the release of ach in response to action potential that is it effects the synaptic vesicle to fuse with the pre synaptic membrane and release its neurotransmitter into the synaptic cleft,therefore in presence of botulinum toxin whatever may be the stimulus there will be no action potential (EPP)

however there is constant leak of ach which occurs in the synaptic which is very small to cause action potential,this potential is called miniature end plate potential(MEPP) which is not affected by the toxin.hence it remains the same in the presence as well as in the absence

so therefore the best choice is bbb

i hope i got the right concept
someone correct me if i am wrong anywhere
