Neuro is not that hard to get into. More easier than IM.

your step score is really good for neuro. my scores are 230+ and during my ivs almost everyone commented on my 'high?' scores.. But do no forget that the application has different aspects, you do not need to be perfect applicant but try your best. Get good CK score, pass cs without attempt, pass Step 3- it is a good plus-

my experience from this year; shape your resume according to your primary residency choice, do neuro research, neuro obsververship. You can apply to a back up specialty but, for your primary choice, try to get good clinical recommendation letter. I have talked one neuro PD last year and he told me that most important thing is to see recommendation letter from a neurologist.
