Ya, I think for this one you don't have to speak in Korean... I met a bunch of researchers from this centre (which is located on the same floor beside the center where I worked)
All of them were from the USA and not fluent in Korean.

Only thing I can provide is the link to the website. This is a research center (though its focus is on global medicine) at top-tier university in Korea (I have to say THE BEST).
