There are about 5-6 drug ads in uworld...you probably just haven't got to them yet...basically they give you an experimental drug with some data.. And you have to interpret the data and answer qs... The major problem is that they are really time consuming...hope that answers your question...best of luck

doctorofusmle i had about 5-6 drug ads with 2-3 questions with each
