now that bleeding has stopped and we know that it is most likely dub so we wil go in that line
making sure that there is no pregnancy now we will give or estogen for 15 days and progesteroe for seven days and iron tablet for seven days and continur this regimen and after 3 month when cycle is regular now withdraw the drug and practically these cases do well after that another regimen is combined pil not so sure do you know in menorrhgia nsaid also can help control it i will check it again keep posted thanks |
