tanner stage 3 means . in breast mound has already developmened - not so bad /pubic hair is darker not so bad curly would been better but ok but not so late

axillary hair ok it will come

so we can wait for tanner 4 and 5 for some time

so i think reassure her but be watchful but pregnancy contraception knowledge must be provided and to have an irregular and anovulatory cycle in early age is ok for this girl
