a key is >> An MRI of the brain shows an edematous are in the cerebral cortex of the right hemisphere. not sure if its me but I saw an edema on that area, check the image

It is a somatomotor because of the motor symptoms, somatosensory will give you only pure sensory symptom (logical answer)
