You're assuming all of them will rank you within available spots. When there's so few programs the ROL is almost irrelevant. Odds are none of them will rank you. So don't think about it to much.

In your case I would. The chances of matching with only 4 interviews are very low. Especially considering that most are new programs who just interview a bunch of people and then rank them by grades and yours are not competitive
