He might be new to the process, we all started this way ,learned gradually , we are still learning, and we will keep learning till we die, this is a forum to help and share not to hurt.By the way ((gracewins)) did not make a mistake, he just asked .I know Americans and program directors like question more than mistakes even if the questions are very primitive and silly, they like to start teaching the residents from scratch.
