I know right now New Jersey and New York are offering pre-matches. I'd suggest you guys check FREIDA.

I'm not sure about Florida 2016.. I know of only 1 classmate last year 2015 that was offered prematch. You guys might want to check that too!

Yes, I just responded through eras that I wouldn't be able to attend. You don't really need a reason to cancel, just state that you appreciate the offer however you won't be able to attend at this time or something of that nature.
