Used Kaplan Lecture notes for everything except Pathology, where I used Goljan's rapid review. Watched all Kaplan DVDs, listened to Goljan's audio (Absolutely fantastic), First Aid, Kaplan Q Bank, UW (Very representative of the real exam, maybe a little harder than the actual test but very similar layout and concepts)
