US is where the money is. IMGs can make some pounds in UK, but never get rich like they do in US. All other crap about fetal medicine or better training is plain ol' BS. Look deep inside your heart and you will find that what you really want is $$$$$s. This is nothing to be ashamed of because everybody wants $$$s. Money gets you the skill of your choice, the lifestyle of your dreams and the pussy/dick you most fantasize about.
