COPD----SBSTRUCTIVE DISEASE-----FEV1/FVC RATIO IS LOW, TLC.RV.VC. COMPLIANCE ARE INCREASED,DECREASED ELASTIC RECOIL.

RESTRICTIVE LUNG DZ-------INCREASE FEV/FVC, INCREASE ELASTIC RECOIL, DECREASE COMPLIANCE, TLC,RV.VC ALL ARE DECREASED.

B is correct.

Many years of smoking, coupled with COPD is definitly associated with the inability to maintain normal FEV1. At 90% oxygen saturation, with obstructive breathing, any physical exertion further compresses on the pericardium, resulting in decreased flow.
