Second guess: 4 initials, located near a naval base , very informal, you can see their helipad from the conf room where the interviewees gathered.
At the pre interview dinner , one resident showed up in torn jeans and brought his three year old.

there was nothing unprofessional about it.
we were told in advance that the dinner would be very informal and that it would be held at a family style restaurant.
also the program emphasizes that it is "Family oriented", and I would be very happy at a program with a human face.
my opinion: putting on a three piece suit does not make one "professional"
