It doesnt make a difference when you apply to programs which doesnt sponsor visa.Please prepare for ivs than spending time to step 3.only few programs ask for step 3.So my advise would be to prepare for ivs.

Ur step 2 score is low compared to step 1..please prepare hard for ivs.How many ivs do you have till date

if you have attempts with your steps then its better you give step 3.otherwise it doent make difference.

hi there everyone. it's my first time to post on this forum. yeah, i'm a newbie anyway, i got a call from flower hospital this morning too on my way to work and i was also surprised just like mrbean. i think i was able to answer the Q's well but the guy said the program director shall decide as to whether they will offer me an iv or not so i told him i hope to hear from them soon. mrbean, it isn't over yet. keep on believing
