yes Got ya...
still with stage 1 + DM and for that matter with stage 2 or 3 --> we start medications on the next visit ( after 1 week)....dnt we????

YES...the the next step would be......start Anti-hypertensives... also for stage one and multiple RFs......start anti-htns...
