All the PDs play safe by telling lies.
why are you trying to contact them now when they busy with matched candidates.

Thats what happens with everyone except for few PDs who can understand.

anyone here knows if Providence hospital is sponsoring visa or are they accepting B1/B2 visa for observership or externship visa? I tried their website but it was not very helpful..will try to call them but any info that you can share is very welcome...
It is so hard to get externship and observership without a visa..hope someone can give other alternatives..are all this because of the state of economy or was it always like this.
