Employ “active study” methods through the application of a 14-item clinical correlation based basic science case presentation template. The latter format is based upon innovative PROBLEM-BASED LEARNING (PBL) methodologies, in which the reinforcement and learning of concepts occurs, by “fully working upwards,”from the medical case-symptom’s basic science foundations through to the clinically correlated presentations of that medical case, thereby focusing on concepts essential to understanding the case vignette, and not passively “rote memorizing...”

if you ask my sincere opinion, i would candidly advise you not to waste time and money any further. you english is not even going to help issues with CS exam. i can bet you will take CS 6 times or more. without good english, how will you write a PN, how will you take a good hx . just read your post. why has doctors all over the world taken it as a routine and do or die affair to go to U.S?? WHY ??? if you want to continue , goodluck but remember this post . You will always say iwish I had listened to ebonyface after the USMLE exams would have suck your emotion and pockets dry.. I am an IMG but we must know our capabilities..first you need to know sound undiluted english to even understand Kaplan video lectures...
