So far first read is done for following topics:
Biostatistics
Psychiatry
Ethics
Endocrinology
Preventive medicine

Still a lot to do, but I'm quite distracted..need to focus on studies!

@workhard11 some one also told me that you can use pentoxyfilline as adjuvant to cilostazol. and how about aspirin?

U world says clopidogrel is better than aspirin.
Also don't pentoxyfikkin isn't as proven as cilostazol. Use cilostazol only - uw

2nd: antiplatelet (clopidogrel preffered over aspirin)
symptomatic (cilostazol) and pentoxifylline can be added to ii
3rd: revascularization surgery a. Endovascular: Angioplasty +/- stent
b. Autogenous or Synthetic Bypass graft
