This was supposed to be a thread where the females discussed their problems. This forum is so male dominated. Anyways, what I find so gross is that some guys find this PLAIN old discussion "romantic". Duh? Are you serious?

And as for the totally uncalled for comment by john2007. I didn't understand what you were trying to say. All this talk is about being professional on the interview, what to do and what not to do. What is flirtatious about looking professional or for goodness sake removing the effin' hair or going to the SLIGHT length of looking HUMAN?

How I know so much about fixing hair? because we have ladies only parties. In my family and friends there is complete male and female segregation so we can dress up and look good. SO that some guys wouldn't think that we are trying to look good for their sake....we look good for OUR own sake..
