NRMP Applicant Survey - gardening

I just completed the survey. After that I checked my email I found one from them telling me about the match week and the SOAP information. In the last questions of the survery they had weired questions about if you do not match what you will do . I am so scared from all of these. Anyone saw that ?

I am not able to answers the questions in the survey, it's not letting me type the numbers for first few questions and asking me to put whole numbers and not decimals which is strange. How can the no. Of applications be in decimals. I will try tomorrow again.
Best is that I got a Survey from a program where I interviewed.
