@orchard: Programs used to be lenient regarding EADs, but now they are not because it may not be permanent. So their theory is why run the risk of a non renewal. I know it is insane.
@gabapentinn: The offers are sent out in rounds if I am not mistaken. There are a series of rounds of offers. You usually have a couple of hours to either accept or decline the offer.

Did anybody get a SOAP interview call from an Unknown phone number? Do all calls that come are from Unknown numbers? I just missed a call at the only time I left my phone alone! I hate myself for this!

can't it says' unknown' which means you can't dial back.
