if you have a 55 year old with acute chest pain, you order EKG, do not advance the clock 1 or 2 hours, you should advance the clock few minutes and check EKG result. time is very important here. on the other hand, if a stable patient comes to the clinic with a chronic low back pain, you order MRI, here you can schedule an appointment the next day for patient because there is no need for urgency.

IN refers to duration (10- 20-30 minutes) ON refers to to the timer (8:00 PM, 11 AM)
