im not here to argue if u guys dont wanna understand thats ok u have right to do that.
here is simle explanation which any normal brain can eccept.

MLF is composed of more than Few nerves (III, VI and other Nuclei like IV) as described above. so when eer there is a lesion in MLF there are signs of related nerve. In above q pt has every thing ok beside left eye can not adduct. this is rediculous. there is no ans in the choices. no wonder why this q is wandering in wikitype web site.

So someone could tell me what is the best answer?
Left MLF ? or Right MLF?
There are so many posts and I get confused with that..I am not that much shrap though..( just need a good score for residency journey)....

Correct answer is B

The MLF are named for the eye they are going to...therefore, if the left eye can not adduct then it is the left MLF that is affected, as is the case in this scenario. Additionally, MS commonly affects the MLF so if eliminates all the other choices...

ans is simple, just think what nerves make MLF and than aspect the same nerve signs in pt.
