US citizen

NO Interviews...I am beginning to loose hope BUT waiting for support and advice..

By the way I live in Brooklyn, NY..So if anyone knows hospitals or contacts here that offer observership/externship,I would really much appreciate it

I have spent my life working in Cardiology programs in my country and doing cardiology research here in the US, do you think it would be feasible to convince programs of this switch to Psychiary esp. when applying for residency..Please give me ur thoughts

Got 2 IV. didn't match

ECFMG Certified in Feb. (late in the interview season)
3rd step 221 (93) received the result today
Research with publication in US

I want Ob&Gyn in a university hospital

What can I do to improve?
Which universities to apply?
Is there any chance to get into an undesignated preliminary position for this match? (to get the US clinical experience and then apply for a big shot university the following year?) if yes, where to apply?
Is this true that after a year in Family Medicine residency, one can get out and start an Ob&Gyn residency year 1 or 2 ?
