Do progs send all their ivs at once? If someone else got an iv frm a program does it mean silent rejection for others who applied to that prog?

I don't think so. You were just not a "premium pick"

Try to look at this the other way, (take this with a grain of salt) if you DO NOT get a rejection message from a program that has alredy sent some, then for sure, you're still on their list.

Because after all the money we paid ,the least a program can do is let us know we are 'rejected'.Tht will spare us the agony of waiting..
