I am seeking advise from forum regading my situation. I am PR card holder of Canada and have B1 visa for USA. I live in Canada. California medical approved everything but did not issue PTAL due to US social security number. I have Canadian social security number.
Under this circumstances, how/ which way can I manage US social security number ? Pls. guide me.
