in reactive arthrits synovil fluid clture is negetive and in gonnococal arthritis culture is positive

gonococcal arthritis ------- >> Lady with PID sx or after haveing sex with ARTHRITIS + skin petechea + tenosynovitis .. Initial remedy for REACTIVE --- >> NSAID but for the other ---- >> CEFTRIAXONE i/m.

one more thing .. better to think that i thought because of this post after reading the topic.
