A 43 yo male presents to your office with a several-month history of pruritus, rash, flushing, and abdominal cramps. Small bowel biops demonstrated nests of mast cells within the mucosa. Which of the following additionnal findings would you expect most in this patient?

first of all what is the pt has : flushing, cramps, rash sound familiar =carcinoid syndrome and then ?????????????

Plus we have apruritis that means to much of bile acids isn't it ?
Or how about this Zollinger -Edi ???
We have the pancres involve and plus what else some gastrinoma ???????

Th eag eof the pt is not suggetsive of Pancretaic Cancer, and the pt h asto have painless jaundace that I don't see here.,
So Zollinger -E an danser will be hypersecretion of gastrin and then the answeris ?

It 3. This woman had mastocytosis and the question is from USMLEWORLD and I went wrong myself of course.
