first of all what is the pt has : flushing, cramps, rash sound familiar =carcinoid syndrome and then ?????????????
Plus we have apruritis that means to much of bile acids isn't it ?
Or how about this Zollinger -Edi ???
We have the pancres involve and plus what else some gastrinoma ???????
Th eag eof the pt is not suggetsive of Pancretaic Cancer, and the pt h asto have painless jaundace that I don't see here.,
So Zollinger -E an danser will be hypersecretion of gastrin and then the answeris ?
