He becomes severely pancytopenic, with a WBC count of 1320/microliter, Hgb 7.9 g/dL, and platelet count of 72,000/microliter. He becomes comatose. aspergillus likes to be in vessels in immunocompromised individuals. EEEE.

yeah but usually aspergillus is responsible for respiratory manifestations
