to overcome the impedence of mitral stenosis, the pressure decrease. this pressure lose should not exit in normal,which means the pressure should be equal between the ventricle and pulmonary artery in people without mitral stenosis.

Yeah.. I think it is 10% of Lt Ventricle systolic pressure...

Around 15 mm?? whats the answer for this "Question"?

atrial pressur increase over 15mm, pressure gradient occurs when left atriun can,t empty during diastole in the left ventricle, so when comes filling increase pressure in the atrium then creates apressure gradient between atrium and ventricle
