Lyme:
three stages:
1.Localized: erythema migrans, fever, malaise, arthralgias.
2.Disseminatedecondary annular skin lesions, meningitis, carditis, neuritism AV nodal block.
3.Persistent: chronic arthritis, encephalopathy or polyneuropathy.
RMSF:
fever, myalgis, and petechial rash. Classically the rash involves the distal extremities (especially the arms and soles)
