Well it might be CD.BUT as long as She is asymptomatic otherwise and clinical examination today is normal,You do not need to furthur W/U and nothing can be done at this stage (D)

BTW. asekra2001 ,there are no vague information in the test.they gave you everything needed to be known to pick to right answer.Donot suppose that they are hidding somethin in the Hx to fool you.Read the q carefully and then pick the answer accordingly.

i would rule out chron,s first for following reasons 1)because the problem is recurrent 2)young girl 3) she has symptoms mimicking appendicitis that why dignosis of appendicitis was made(i dont know what,s grumbling)..so i will try to rule out RLQ diffrential first...Thats my view..
