Hello anybody???
CMV retinitis was on the exam around 2 weeks back. Software is not taking Ganciclovir. Let me know if there is any other option.

I agree there is no Ganciclovir. I also tried the other trade names Cytovene and Cymevene but still nothing

so, brand new ccs are showing up. can u plz post recent exam ccs u have , so that we can discuss tough ones? How was CMV retinitis ccs presented on the exam? by the way, is foscarnet( 2nd choice of Rx of CMV) there on software?

It was a HIV+ case with CMV Ret.
No even foscarnet is not there. Other HIV+ was with MAC, this one is a straight forward one.
