27 year old women G2 P1 40 weeks of gestation comes 24 hrs after vulvar burning on urination and a clear yellow vaginal discharge she has no history of similar symptoms there are tender nodes on the groin several small ulcerations and leisions in vulvar area pt has increased risk for

a chrioamnionitis
b fetal growth retardation
c fetal malformations
d intarpartum transmission of herpes
e premature rupture of memebrane

I dont think herpes have yellow discharge....? more over she has tender lymph nodes in thge groin, I 'm thinking in lines of H. ducreyi... i m not sure...
